We are currently seeking passionate and knowledgeable staff members to join our team. As a team member with Polar Lights Tours, you will be responsible for leading groups of tourists on unforgettable journeys. Your role will involve providing insightful information, ensuring the safety and comfort of guests, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the tour.
We will hire:
– Nature and wilderness guides, Husky guides, Horse riding instructors
– Hospitality professionals
Requirements:
– Proven experience in travel business or similar role.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Deep knowledge of the Finnish culture and nature
– Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
– Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
– Enthusiasm for outdoor activities and working in a team
– First aid skills
– Driving licence
